Exchanges and Returns

WHICH ITEM CAN BE RETURNED?

At L’Agneau, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your sweater, you can exchange or get a refund for products bought on lagneauhandknits.com website for up to 15 days following the date of shipping. Exchanges or refunds are only valid provided that the sweater is in its original packaging, not in any way used/worn/washed, and with all original tags attached.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANDE AN ITEM?

You must pay the cost of returning all products to us. To return any products, simply send a parcel via registered mail to:

Please enclose a copy of the ordering invoice with your choice of exchange item clearly indicated or request a refund.

If we judge that the product returned to us is still in brand new condition, we will exchange the product or refund the purchase price. We will process your exchange or refund request within 8 working days. Refunds will be processed by bank check or credit to your credit card account (dependent on the means of payment used at the time of purchase).
